I don’t have a specific resources about this topic..but i only want to focus and emphasis this issues regarding to Malaysian perspectives.. The Internet is developing rapidly in Malaysia and as we know, there were million Internet subscribers using the Internet at any region in Malaysia.But why Malaysian do not use this facilities as much as u can to make our live become more easier especially in E-commerce Industry..

So here is the reason why I think Malaysian don’t buy online(just only my personal opinion) :

1- They Do Not Know About Online Banking and so on

This is probably the best reason Malaysian do not want to buy online. Although they use internet everyday in performing their job or what so ever,they actually still not alert about online services such as Online Banking or Online Bill Payment.They just only use for email,games,surfing etc

2- They feel Unsecured and afraid of being scams

They are too afraid to believe that everyone can use online banking securely if follow the right direction.They are afraid of loosing money if they buy online or making any transaction through online system.They are so paralysed with the fear even though it is calculated that they would save the time isn’t ..I assumed that they do not want life become easier :P

3- They overly feel uncomfortable and unsatisfied

They actually want to see product on real,want to touch,feel it and so on.The most important thing, they can get immediately the product if buying on real world.If buy online,they worried if internet entrepreneur did not ship the product in the time promised and they do not like waiting.

4- They do not know Method of Payment

In their mind,they think that only credit card holders can shopping and buying through online.They do not know nowadays internet entrepreneur have provided a better ways how to pay such as bank in at ATM machine,fund transfer,money order etc.So I think that internet entrepreneur must more alert to provide important information such as name, contact number , addressed etc.

As a conclusion, I think Malaysian should change their mind and become more positive after this..hehe :D As a buyer what is the most criteria you want?Come and share with us.. Hopefully it can make online entrepreneurs like me improve our skills in dealing method in the future.
